Indeed, I look for the day when "Affirmative Action" for African Americans will be an insult. Neither that nor "busing " has achieved it ultimate goal. In reality, it never could.

A "crutch" is just that--a crutch. If we keep relying upon a crutch, then we can never expect to move forward properly.
